Yes. All clients must follow venue policies, including:

• No smoking or illegal substances

• No damaging décor

• Ending the event at the scheduled time

• Cleaning up and removing all personal items

• Following all local regulations

Yes. Your rental period includes all set‑up and break‑down time. If you need additional time, it can be added for an additional fee.

Any damage to the venue or equipment may result in loss of your security deposit.

Yes. The venue may shut down your event if rules are violated, including:

• Noise complaints

• Loitering

• Disturbance calls

• Any behavior that violates the agreement

If this occurs, your security deposit will be forfeited.

Yes. Clients must clean up and remove all items brought into the space.
